2型糖尿病血糖波动与周围神经传导速度分析的观察

  【摘要】 目的 探讨T2DM患者血糖波动和糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的关系。 方法 根据周围神经传导速度,将156例T2DM患者分为神经传导异常组(B组)和正常组(A组),比较两组间血糖波动等指标,并进行Logistic回归分析。 结果 两组间病程、HbA1c、2 hC-P、TG、SBP、血糖波动系数(CV)、日内平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、2 hPG、平均血糖(MBG)及标准差(SD)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),Logistic分析发现病程、CV、MAGE是影响周围神经传导速度的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。 结论 T2DM患者血糖波动与DPN明显相关。

  【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between diabetic peripheral neuropathy and glucose variability in T2DM patients. Methods According to their peripheral nerve conduction velocity , a total of 156 T2DM patients were divided into two groups: the abnormal group (group B) and normal group (group A). Glucose variability and correlated indices were compared, and the logistic regression analysis was adopted for study. Results There were significant differences in the course of disease, HbA1c, two-hour postprandial C-peptide (2 hC-P), TG, SBP, coefficient of glucose variability (CV), mean amplitude of glycemic excursions (MAGE), 2 hPG, mean blood glucose (MBG), and standard deviation (SD) between the two groups (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the course of disease, CV, and MAGE were the independent risk factors for peripheral nerve conduction velocity (P<0.05). Conclusions Glucose variability is related significantly to diabetic peripheral neuropathy in T2DM patients.
