　　【摘要】大量研究发现糖尿病患者患阿尔茨海默病(AD)风险增高，两种疾病联系的潜在机制尚未阐明。胰岛素增敏剂及新型长效胰升血糖素样肽-1 (GLP-1)类似物已用于临床，可改善糖尿病患者认知障碍。

　　【Summary】 Numerous studies have demonstrated that diabetic patients have an increased risk of developing Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). The potential mechanism in linking DM with AD is not fully elucidated. Insulin sensitizers and novel long-effect glucagon-like peptide -1 (GLP-1) analogues have been applied to clinic to alleviate the cognitive dysfunction related to diabetes.
