【摘要】 目的 探讨维生素D受体(VDR)基因多态性与T1DM易感性的关系。 方法 通过检索PubMed、Web of Science、WanFang等数据库获得相关文献,计算相关基因位点的OR值和95%CI。 结果 共纳入文献28条。分析结果发现,BsmI和ApaI多态性是亚洲T1DM人群的易感基因[B vs b:OR(95%CI)=1.53(1.06~2.20),P=0.024;AA vs aa:OR(95%CI)=1.60(1.06~2.40),P=0.023]。 结论 BsmI和ApaI多态性可能是亚洲T1DM人群的易感基因。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the associations between polymorphisms of Vitamin D receptor gene and type 1 diabetessusceptibility. Methods Literatures were retrieved from PubMed, Web of Science and WanFang databases, etc. Pooled odds ratios(ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated using a random effect model. Results A total of 28 literatures were included. The result of analysis showed that BsmI and ApaI polymorphism were the susceptibility gene for T1DM in Asian populations [B vs b; OR(95%CI)=1.53(1.06~2.20), P=0.024; AA vsaa: OR(95%CI)=1.60(1.06~2.40), P=0.023]. Conclusions TheBsmI and ApaI polymorphism may be susceptibility gene in Asians populations with T1DM.
