　　【摘要】 DKA是内科急症之一，临床上首发表现多样，极易误诊。少数患者可表现为腹痛，酷似急腹症，偶有癫痫样发作。本文报道1例否认糖尿病病史、首发症状突出表现为癫痫样发作伴腹痛的糖尿病酮症酸中毒病例。

　　【Summary】 Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) is one of the medical emergencies. Its starting clinical manifestation varies, easily misdiagnosed. Sometimes the abdominal pain is a clinical performance, like the acute abdomen，and occasionally some patients manifests as epileptic seizure. The patient in the report here is a case of diabetic ketoacidosis, who denied diabetes history, started with the clinical manifestation of epileptic seizure and accompanied with abdominal pain.
