　　【摘要】 目的 通过收集近十年来依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的相关文献，客观评价依帕司他的疗效。 方法 计算机检索医学文献数据库相关文献120篇，纳入依帕司他与甲钴胺干预DPN的随机对照研究9篇，包括DPN患者737例，其中依帕司他组372例，甲钴胺组365例，使用RevMan5.1进行Meta分析。 结果 依帕司他对DPN症状改善的有效率与甲钴胺相似[RR=1.12，95% CI ：0.89～1.41，P=0.32];在神经传导速度方面，依帕司他改善正中运动/感觉神经、腓总运动/感觉神经、胫运动/感觉神经传导速度的疗效与甲钴胺比较差异无统计学意义。　结论　依帕司他在改善DPN症状及神经传导速度方面的疗效与甲钴胺相似。

　　【Abstract】　Objective　To assess the efficacy of Epalrestat for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) by searching the relevant literatures of the recent ten years. Methods　 Retrieval with computer from the relevant medicine document data was carried out and 120 literatures concerning the subject was achieved, of which there were 9 trials involving 737 participants with DPN were included, the 372 participants in Epalrestat group and 365 participants in Mecobalamin group. The study was analyzed by the RevMan5.1. Results Epalrestat was similar with Mecobalamin in improving the symptoms of DPN [RR=1.12, 95% CI (0.89～1.41), P=0.32]. In improving the nerve conduction velocity, the effect of Epalrestat for the median MNCV/SNCV, common peroneal MNCV/SNCV, and tibial MNCV/SNCV was not statistically different from that of Mecobalamin. Conclusion Epalrestatis is similar to Mecobalamin in improving the symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of DPN.
