　　【摘要】 目的 评价高压氧辅助治疗糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)的有效性和安全性。 方法 检索Medline,Embase,CNKI和Cochrane图书馆自1966到2012年4月以高压氧辅助治疗DF的临床对照研究进行系统评价。 结果 最终纳入13个实验研究进行Meta分析。系统评价显示，相对于传统的常规治疗，高压氧辅助治疗提高了DF的愈合率(RR:2.33,95%CI:1.51～3.6)。高压氧辅助治疗降低了DF不愈、感染等导致的大范围截肢风险(RR：0.29,95%CI：0.19～0.44)，但小范围截肢的风险无明显降低(P=0.298)。此外，与传统治疗比较，高压氧辅助治疗副作用无明显增加。 结论 高压氧辅助治疗DF明显的提高了溃疡的愈合率，显著减少了相关大范围截肢的风险。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with diabetic foot ulcer(DFU). Methods A systematic search of literatures of all control trials was undertaken to compare the efficacy and safety between hyperbaric oxygen therapy and standard treatment of diabetic foot ulcers in Medline,Embase,CNKI and Cochrane Library from 1966 to April 2012. Results 13 trials were finally included.The pooling analysis showed that hyperbaric oxygen therapy obtained a significantly higher healing prevalence of diabetic foot ulcers as compared with standard therapy (RR:2.33,95%CI:1.51～3.6).The efficacies of hyperbaric oxygen therapy also demonstrated a significant reduction in the risk of major amputation as compared with standard therapy (RR：0.29,95%CI：0.19～0.44),although the rate of minor amputation failed to alter(P=0.298).Furthermore,as compared with standard therapy,the adverse events of hyperbaric oxygen therapy were not increased significantly. Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen therapy improves significantly the healing prevalence and reduces the risk of major amputation in patients with diabetic foot ulcer.
