　　【摘要】 二甲双胍除能延缓并治疗T2DM外，还能为患者带来显著的心血管获益。基础研究证实，其兼具调节血脂、抑制炎症因子及趋化因子释放、减轻内皮损伤并改善内皮功能、协助降压、改善心肌能量代谢、抑制心肌凋亡及心肌纤维化、改善心功能的功效，具有心血管保护效应。

　　【Summary】 Besides delaying and treating type 2 diabetes,metformin also can bring significantly cardiovascular benefits for diabetics.Meanwhile,basic research has shown that metformin can regulate lipids,inhibit the release of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines,reduce endothelial injury and improve endothelial function,lower blood pressure,improve energy metabolism of myocardium,inhibit myocardial apoptosis and fibrosis,and improve the cardiac function,which has cardiovascular protective effect.
