　　【摘要】 目的 评价腔内血管介入技术治疗糖尿病足(DF)伴溃疡的临床疗效。 方法 36例DF溃疡的患者，在控制血糖、处理创面、控制感染等前提下进行球囊扩张介入治疗，观察溃疡愈合情况。 结果 治疗l周后，39条患肢的疼痛症状得到缓解，16条患肢静息痛、夜间痛症状消失。2个月后复查，36例患者39条患肢症状保持稳定，根据UTWCS分级方法，1～2级的糖尿病足患肢溃疡面基本愈合，3级患肢溃疡范围明显缩小，溃疡4周干燥。1条患肢由于足部缺血疼痛症状加重，再次行介入治疗，后症状改善。 结论 DF伴溃疡患者在控制血糖、适当处理创面的同时积极进行介入治疗能促进溃疡愈合，改善预后。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of vascular interventional treatment on patients with diabetic foot ulcer. Methods Thirty-six patients were definitely diagnosed as diabetic foot ulcer, underwent interventional angioplasty under the condition of blood glucose control, treatment of wound and infection. Results The pain symptoms in 36 patients of 39 lower extremities ulcer alleviated to some extent. The rest pain and hypnalgia disappeared in 16 patients one week after operation. The diabetic foot ulcers healed in UTWCS-classified one to two degree diabetic foot. But one patient had an aggravated pain, and additional interventional treatment was performed. Conclusion Positive vascular intervention treatment of diabetic foot ulcer can promote heal and better prognosis.
