　　【摘要】 糖尿病脑病(DE)是由糖尿病所引起的认知障碍和大脑神经生理及结构改变。该病起病隐匿且发病机制复杂，发病率呈现逐年升高趋势。降低DE的发病率，必须在控制糖尿病本身发生发展的同时，明确其发病机制并加以干预。

　　【Summary】Diabetic encephalopathy (DE) is considered to be the cognitive impairment and the brain neurophysiological and structural changes caused by diabetes mellitus, with the characteristics of insidious onset and complex pathogenesis. The incidence of DE is showing increased in world year by year. To reduce its incidence, the occurrence and development of diabetes itself should be made in control, at the same time, the pathogenesis of DE should be made clear and the intervention should be performed. Here is the review on its pathogenesis.
