【摘要】临床研究发现叉头转录因子(FoxO)在糖尿病、卒中和衰老中发挥着不可忽视的作用.FoxO3属于叉头转录因子O亚群,广泛表达于机体组织,维持内环境稳态,调节多种病理生理过程,与寿命及年龄相关性疾病如肿瘤、糖尿病等密切相关.本文就FoxO3与糖尿病及并发症的关系做一综述.

【Summary】Clinical studies havefound that forkhead that forkhead transcription factors (FoxO) play animportant role in diabetes mellitus, strokeand aging. FoxO3, a member of FoxO O subgroup, widely expressed in various tissues and involved in maintaining homeostasisand regulating a variety of pathophysiological processes. FoxO3 is also significantly associated with lifespan and age-related diseases such as cancer and diabetes mellitus.In this article we will make a brief review on the relationship between FoxO3 and diabetes and its complications.
