【摘要】叉头转录因子O1 (FoxO1)在血管、脑、肌肉、脂肪、血液等多种组织的发育和细胞分化中发挥作用.FoxO1在胰岛β细胞中高表达,参与胰岛的胚胎发育,其可通过调控胰岛特异性转录因子的表达,调控胰岛的发育和功能;还可调控胰岛细胞的增殖和胰岛细胞的相互转化,本文对此作一综述.

【Summary】Forkhead boxO1（FoxO1）has been proved to play an impoetant role in the development and cell differentiation of various tissues, including blood vessel,brain,muscle adipose and hematopoietic system. It is highly expressed in islet β cell and contributes to islet transcription factor expression, and it can also regulate the proliferation and mutual transformation of islet cells.All of these will be discussed in this article.    【Key words】Forkhead boxO1 (FoxO1); Islet development; Cell differentiation
