【摘要】 目的 探讨T2DM患者血清脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)水平与大血管病变的相关性。 方法 选取60例T2DM患者,其中单纯糖尿病患者30例(A组)、糖尿病合并大血管病变患者30例(B组),另选取同期在我院体检的30名健康者为对照组(NC)。采用ELISA法检测3组受检者血清A-FABP水平,并进行比较。 结果 3组血清A-FABP水平依次为:C组(9.66±2.15)

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association of serum adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein (A-FABP) level and the T2DM with macrovascular. Methods 60 patients with T2DM were divided into T2DM without macrovascular group (group A, n=30) and T2DM with macrovascular group (group B, n=30). 30 healthy people who received physical examination were selected as control group (group C). ELISA was used to detect the serum A-FABP level in three groups. Results The serum A-FABP levels of three groups were in order of group C (9.66±2.15)< group A (19.05±3.82)< group B (36.42±8.04). In group A, the serum A-FABP level was positively correlated with FPG and 2 hPG(r=0.478 and 0.453, respectively, P<0.05 or P<0.01),and negatively correlated with TC (r=0.387 ,P<0.05). In group B, the serum A-FABP level was positively correlated with FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c and SBP(r=0.388, 0.408, 0.38 and 0.435, respectively, P<0.05 or P<0.01), and negatively correlated with TG and HDL-C (r=-0.378 and -0.39). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum A-FABP level still directly related to macrovascular complications of diabetes after removing the confounding factors (P<0.05). Conclusion Serum A-FABP is one of the independent risk factors for diabetes mellitus,and can serve as a biomarker to predict the early vascular complications in patients with T2DM.
