【摘要】 目的 探讨原发性高血压患者肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)活性与血糖水平间的关系。 方法 选择符合要求的研究对象664例,观察RAAS活性和血糖水平的关系。 结果 将肾素、ACE、ATⅡ和醛固酮水平按四分位数分组后,随着肾素活性、ACE水平和ATⅡ水平的升高,原发性高血压患者体内血糖水平亦升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,肾素活性(r=0.19,P<0.05)、ACE(r=0.10,P<0.05)和ATⅡ(r=0.10,P<0.05)均与血糖呈正相关关系。校正其他影响因素后,肾素活性和ATⅡ水平与血糖水平相关。 结论 原发性高血压患者RAAS活性和血糖水平之间存在一定相关性。RAAS活性越高,血糖水平也越高。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the renin- angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) levels and blood glucose levels. Methods Totally of 664 subjects were selected, and the RAAS activity and blood glucose were measured. Results The levels of blood glucose were increased along with the increasing levels of renin, angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and angiotensin Ⅱ (ATⅡ) (all P<0.05). Correlation analyses showed that there were positive correlation between the level of renin (r=0.19,P<0.05), ACE (r=0.10,P<0.05), ATⅡ (r=0.10,P<0.05) and the levels of blood glucose. Conclusion There is some correlation between RAAS activity and blood glucose levels in hypertension patients.
