　　【摘要】低血糖是糖尿病常见并发症。糖尿病患者对血糖调节能力及低血糖感知能力降低，易造成低血糖性脑损伤。利用影像检查技术及早发现低血糖性脑损伤，为临床治疗和预后评估提供客观依据。

　　【Summary】The hypoglycemia is a common complication of diabetes. The brain of patient with diabetes is susceptible to hypoglycemic injury because of the decreased adjustment ability to blood glucose and perception ability to hypoglycemia. The aim of discovering the hypoglycemic injury of brain early by imaging is to provide the objective basis for the treatment and prognostic evaluation.
