白细胞介素6基因多态性与2型糖尿病相关性的Meta分析

  【摘要】 目的 探讨白细胞介素6(IL-6)基因572C/G和174G/C多态性与T2DM的相关性。 方法 采用RevMan 5.0软件对纳入文献进行统计分析,使用森林图和漏斗图分析IL-6基因多态性与T2DM的相关性。 结果 IL-6 572C/G基因多态性与T2DM相关性研究共纳入T2DM患者3136例,正常对照者6694名。分析结果显示,在亚裔人群中携带突变572 G等位基因者发生T2DM的风险是非携带者的1.25倍(OR=1.25, 95%CI: 1.12~1.40),差异有统计学意义(Z=4.03,P<0.05),而在非亚裔人群中未发现此相关性;IL-6 174G/C基因多态性与T2DM相关性研究共纳入T2DM患者6278例,正常对照者9859名,携带突变174 C等位基因者发生T2DM的风险是非携带者0.92倍(OR=0.92,95%CI:0.84~1.01),差异无统计学意义(Z=1.83,P>0.05)。 结论 亚裔人群携带突变的572 G等位基因是T2DM危险因素之一,未发现IL-6基因174G/C多态性与T2DM存在显著相关性。

  【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association of interleukin 6 (IL-6) gene 572 C/G and 174 G/C polymorphism with T2DM. Methods Statistical analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.0 software.The association of IL-6 gene 572C/G and 174G/C polymorphism with T2DM was analyzed by forest figure and funnel plot. Results The data of 572 C/G gene polymorphism in totally 3136 diabetes patients and 6694 normal control were collected. Meta analysis indicated that the risk of T2DM was 1.25 times higher in the carrier with mutation at 572 G allele than in non carriers in Asian population (OR=1.25, 95%CI: 1.12~1.40)(Z=4.03,P<0.05),but such phenomenon was not observed in non-Asian population. Totally 6278 diabetes and 9859 normal control people showed 174G/C gene polymorphism. Meta analysis indicated that there was no observable relation of risk for T2DM development between carrier and non-carrier of mutation 174 C allele(OR=92, 95%CI:0.84~1.01)(Z=1.83,P>0.05). Conclusion Carrying IL-6 gene 572 G allele is one of the T2DM risks in Asian population, but not in non-Asian population.The relationship between IL-6 gene 174G/C polymorphism and T2DM isn’t observed.
