黎族2型糖尿病患者脂代谢异常与载脂蛋白E基因多态性的相关性研究

  【摘要】 目的 研究黎族T2DM患者载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性及血糖、血脂水平的变化,探讨其与疾病的相关性。 方法 选取黎族T2DM患者121例及健康对照(NC)者112名,应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性核酸内切酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)进行ApoE基因分型,并对患者病程、BMI、血糖、血脂水平进行分析。 结果 T2DM组ε3等位基因频率低于NC组(P<0.05),TC、LDL-C水平高于NC组(P<0.01),患者中等位基因ε3组LDL-C水平低于ε2组,ε2组TG水平高于ε3、ε4组,脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]水平低于ε3、ε4组(P<0.05)。 结论ApoEε3等位基因对黎族T2DM发生有一定的拮抗作用,且脂代谢与ApoE基因多态性有一定关系。

  【Abstract】Objective To study the serum lipids and glucose levels and apolipoprotein E (ApoE) gene polymorphism in the Li population T2DM patients to identify their correlations with each other. Methods ApoE genotypes of 121 patients in Li population T2DM patients and 112 normal controls (NC) were identified by PCR-RFLP, and the course, BMI, and the levels of serum lipids and glucose were analyzed. Results The allele ε3 frequency of the Li population T2DM patients was lower than that of NC (P<0.05), the levels of TC and LDL-C in the Li population T2DM patients were higher than those in NC (P<0.05), the level of LDL-C in the alleleε3 group of the Li population T2DM patients was lower than that in the alleleε2 group, the lever of TG in the allele ε2 group of the Li population T2DM patients was higher than that in the ε3 and ε4 groups, and the level of Lp(a) in the allele ε2 group was lower than that of the ε3 and ε4 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The allele ε3 act as a protection factor for the Li population T2DM patients, and there was a relation between lipid metabolism and ApoE polymorphism.
