【摘要】 目的 观察新诊断多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者口服葡萄糖耐量试验(75 gOGTT)中血清内源性YY肽(PYY)水平的变化。 方法 (1)选取48例PCOS患者(PCOS组)和32名健康体检者(NC组),比较两组血清PYY-0、30 min水平的差异;(2)根据BMI值,将PCOS组分为超重或肥胖亚组(PCOSObesity)与体重正常亚组(PCOSLean),比较两亚组血清PYY-0、30 min水平的差异;(3)检测研究对象睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、FPG和胰岛素水平,并进行比较。 结果 (1)NC组PYY-0 min、30 min水平高于PCOS组(P<0.01);(2)PCOSLean 亚组PYY-0、30 min-水平高于PCOSObesity亚组(P<0.01);(3)PCOS组空腹血清PYY水平与WC、BMI呈负相关(P<0.01)。 结论 PCOS患者OGTT中内源性PYY水平异常,但具体机制尚待深入研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe whether the concentration of serum peptide YY (PYY) is changed in oral glucose tolerance test (75g OGTT) in patients with newly-diagnosed polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Forty-eight patients with newly-diagnosed PCOS and 32 healthy volunteers were recruited in the study. All the participants experienced an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). The concentrations of fasting and 30-minute serum PYY between the PCOS group and control group were compared. The PCOS patients were divided into overweight/obese (PCOSObesity) and non-obese (PCOSLean) subgroups according to BMI≥25kg/m2 or <25kg/m2. The concentrations of fasting and 30-minute serum PYY between the subgroups were compared. Meanwhile, the levels of testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), and insulin of all participants were measured and compared. Results ①. The concentrations of fasting and 30-minute serum PYY in the NC group were higher than in the PCOS group (P<0.01). ②. The concentrations of fasting and 30-minute serum PYY in the PCOSLean subgroup were higher than in the PCOSObesity subgroup (P<0.01). ③. The concentration of fasting serum PYY in the PCOS group was negatively correlated with waist circumference and BMI (P<0.01). Conclusions The PCOS patients have abnormal level of endogenous PYY in 75g OGTT. The specific mechanism needs to be further studied.
