　　【摘要】胰岛素注射装置的技术创新是提高胰岛素治疗依从性，进而改善血糖控制的重要手段。新一代耐用型胰岛素注射笔——诺和笔5，继承了诺和笔家族设计简单、经久耐用、操作方便的特点，并加入了简单易用的记忆功能，帮助记忆上一次注射的胰岛素剂量和距离上次注射的时间。研究表明，有记忆功能的胰岛素注射笔为患者的日常胰岛素治疗带来了帮助。

　　【Summary】New technological aids are required to improve adherence of patients to insulin treatment for better glycemic control. NovoPen® 5 is a new durable insulin pen building on the appealing design, robustness and usability of NovoPen® family, with the addition of a simple memory function that records the dose of and hours passed since the last injection. Previous studies indicated that an insulin pen with a memory function could be of real benefit in everyday insulin treatment.
