糖耐量减低合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者氧化应激水平的研究

  【摘要】 目的 评价糖耐量减低(IGT)合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者氧化应激(OS)水平。 方法 60例IGT合并NAFLD患者(NAFLD组)进行超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)测定,并与60例IGT未合并NAFLD(IGT组)患者进行比较。 结果 NAFLD组与IGT组比较,SOD、GSH-PX均降低(P均<0.05),MDA升高。TC、TG、LDL-C、天门冬酸氨基转换酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转换酶(ALT)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、HOMA-IR均升高(P均<0.05)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,HOMA-IR、TC、LDL-C是NAFLD形成的独立危险因素。 结论 IGT合并NAFLD者氧化应激水平升高。

  【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the oxidative stress level of the patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) accompanied by impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods Sixty IGT patients accompanied by NAFLD (NAFLD group) and sixty IGT patients without NAFLD (IGT group) were recruited. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured for observation. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of SOD and GSH-PX in the NAFLD group was lower, the level of MDA was higher, and the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, free fatty acid, and insulin resistance were all higher (P<0.05). The multivariate non-conditional Logistic analysis showed that the levels of HOMA-IR, TC, and LDL-C were the independent risk factors of formation of NAFLD. Conclusion The oxidative stress level of the IGT patients accompanied by NAFLD was higher.
