　　【摘要】 糖尿病心肌病是糖尿病的独立并发症之一，其确切的发病机制尚不完全清楚，大量研究表明，导致其发病的根本原因为心肌细胞糖脂代谢异常、IR、钙稳态失衡，心肌细胞异常凋亡、心肌纤维化，以及心脏自主神经调节异常，这些因素均直接或间接造成心脏功能损害且相互影响。

　　【Abstract】 The diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of the diabetic mellitus independent complications, but The exact pathogenesis is still not completely clear. A lot of evidence shows myocardial cell glucose and lipid metabolism ameliorates disorders, insulin resistance, abnormal calcium homeostasis, abnormal myocardial cell apoptosis, and myocardial fibrosis and cardiac autonomic nervous system dysregulation,which directly or indirectly cause heart damage, and influence each other. In this paper we reviewed the research progress on diabetes cardiomyopathy disease mechanism both at home and abroad in recent years.
