　　【摘要】 目的 调查甘肃省东乡族成人糖尿病及IGR流行病学特点。方法 采用随机整群抽样方法调查东乡族各年龄组人群728名，测定FPG与75 gOGTT，分析糖尿病和IGR患病率及其影响因素。 结果 东乡族糖尿病、IGR患病率分别为7.42%、9.62%，不同年龄组糖尿病及IGR患病率随年龄增长显著增加，正常体重(包括低体重)、超重和肥胖者糖尿病与IGR患病率依次增高。 结论 东乡族人群糖尿病及IGR患病率较高，且与年龄、BMI有密切关系，应该重视和加强防治工作。

　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetes mellitus (DM) and impaired glucose regulation (IGR) of Dongxiang population in Gansu province. Methods By using the randomized cluster sampling method, the 728 adults of various age groups were investigated through measuring their fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and after 2 hours, giving the 75g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). The analyses on the prevalence of DM and IGR and their influencing factors were carried out. Results The prevalence of DM and IGR was 7.42% and 9.62% respectively, in different age groups, the prevalence of DM and IGR was getting significantly increasing with the age growing, and it was getting increasing in an order of the normal body weight (including lower weight), overweight, and obesity people. Conclusion The prevalence of DM and IGR in adults in Dongxiang population is higher, it is closely related with the age and BMI. Prevention and treatment of DM and IGR should be stressed for them.
