　　【摘要】目的 探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与APN水平的变化。方法 选取GDM患者46例，另选同期正常妊娠妇女46名为健康对照(NC)组，比较两组Hcy及APN水平。 结果 GDM组Hcy[(13.5±4.6)vs(8.6±3.7)μmol/L]、FPG[(8.4±2.8)vs (5.5±1.3) mmol/L]水平均高于NC组(P<0.05)，APN[(7.6±2.4)vs(16.9±4.2)mg/L]水平低于NC组(P<0.05)。FPG与Hcy和APN均呈中度相关。结论 GDM患者Hcy水平高于正常妊娠者，APN水平低于正常妊娠者。Hcy与APN水平呈负相关。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation between homocysteine (Hcy) and adiponectin (APN) levels in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Forty GDM patients and 46 individuals with normal gestation were recruited in this study. The Hcy and APN levels were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of Hcy [(13.5±4.6) vs (8.6±3.7)μmol/L] and FPG [(8.4±2.8) vs (5.5±1.3)mmol/L] in the GDM group were higher than those in the NC group with significant differences. The level of APN [(7.6±2.4) vs (16.9±4.2)mg/L] in the GDM group was lower than that in the NC group with significant difference. FPG and Hcy showed a moderate correlation with APN. Conclusion The Hcy level of GDM patients is higher and the APN level is lower than those of individuals with normal gestation. Hcy is negatively correlated with APN.
