【摘要】 目的 探讨内脏脂肪素基因启动子区-1535 C/T基因多态性与宁夏回、汉族T2DM的相关性。 方法 用PCR-RFLP方法检测417例宁夏回、汉族T2DM患者(T2DM组)及健康对照者(NC组)内脏脂肪素启动子区-1535 C/T位点多态性。 结果 回、汉族T2DM组与NC组间及T2DM组与NC组内回、汉族内脏脂肪素基因启动子区-1535 C/T基因多态性位点CC、CT、TT 3种基因型和等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。回族T2DM组TT基因型HDL-C低于CT、CC基因型(P=0.007),汉族T2DM组TT基因型TG较CC、CT基因型高(P=0.026)。 结论 内脏脂肪素基因启动子区-1535 C/T位点存在多态性,T2DM组与对照组间回、汉族差异无统计学意义,TT基因型可能与T2DM患者血脂异常有关。

Association of visfatin gene single nucleotide polymorphism (-1535C/T) with T2DM in Ningxia Hui and Han Population ZHANG Ru-yi, XU Xiao-yan. Department of Endocrinology, The Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, Yinchuan 750004, China
【Abstract】Objective To investigate the association of visfatin gene single nucleotide polymorphism (-1535 C/T) with T2DM in Ningxia Hui and Han population. Methods Polymorise chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was applied to analyze the polymorphism of visfatin gene (-1535 C/T) in T2DM patients and healthy subjects of Hui and Han nationality population. Results There was no statistical significance in the genotype distribution and allele frequency distribution of visfatin gene (-1535 C/T) between T2DM group and health subjects in Hui and Han population, and there was no statistical significance in the genotype distribution and allele frequency distribution between the two ethnic groups within T2DM group and the control group. In Hui T2DM group, the subjects who had TT genotype showed significantly lower serum HDL-C levels compared with those who had CC and CT genotype (P=0.007) . In Han T2DM group, the subjects who had TT genotype showed significantly higher serum triglyceride levels compared with those who had CC and CT genotype (P=0.026). Conclusions There is polymorphism in visfatin gene (-1535 C/T). There is no difference between the two nationalities. The TT genotype may have an association with abnormal serum lipids of T2DM in Ningxia Hui and Han population.
