糖尿病肺损伤与氧化应激的相关研究

  【提要】 研究发现氧化应激是导致糖尿病并发症的重要机制,糖尿病肺损伤的现象也被逐渐认识,并证实氧化应激参与了糖尿病肺损伤的过程。在糖尿病肺组织中,活性氧(ROS)水平增高,并通过激活多种信号传导通路,导致肺组织细胞损伤;活性氮(RNS)激活NO/ONOO-信号传导通路,导致肺内NO、过氧亚硝基阴离子(ONOO-)等合成增多,造成脂质、蛋白质、核酸等生物大分子物质过氧化、硝基化,细胞结构及功能改变,从而引起肺组织的损害。

  【Summary】 The current studies show that oxidative press is the critcal mechanism resulting the genesis of diabetic complications. The phenomenon of diabetes lung damage is also recognezied, and it is proved that oxidative press paticipates the process of diabetes lung damage. In the lung tissue of diabetes, the level of reactive oxygen species(ROS) is elevated, and it causes damage in lung tissues by activating signaling pathways. Reactive nitrogen species (RNS) activate NO/ONOO-associated signaling pathway and enhance the synthesis of NO and ONOO- which cause the peroxidation and nitration of the biomacromolecules including lipid, protein, and nucleic acid and the structural and functional changes in cells,and give rise to the lung damage finally.
