【提要】患者，男，48岁，主因“口干、多饮、多尿2年，加重伴腹痛、恶心、呕吐2 d”的主诉，于2011年11月28日入院。未服用任何降糖药物。1月前被犬咬伤面部，当时无任何处理。入院查血糖15.7 mmol/L、尿糖+、尿酮体++。入院24 h后患者烦躁不安，无诱因出现阴茎勃起。48 h后，唾液分泌增加、恐水、怕风，诊断为糖尿病酮症合并狂犬病。75 h后患者死于家中。

　　【Summary】 A 48-year-old man was admitted to the hospital on November 28th ,2011, because of polydipsia and polyuria for 2 years, stomachache, nausea and vomiting for 2 days. He had never taken and hypoglycemic agents. One month before the admission he was bitten by a dog on his face and took no measures at that time. Experimental examination showed blood glucise 15.7 mmol/L, urine glucose+, and urine acetone bodies ++. 24 hours later, the patient became dysphoric and had penile erections without inducement. 48 houes later, salivation was increased gradually, and the patient was scared of wind and water. He was diagnosed as diabetic ketosis combined with rabies. 75 hours later, the patient died at home.
