【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血浆网膜素(Omentin) 水平的变化及利拉鲁肽 (Liraglutide)治疗对Omentin水平的影响。方法 采用酶联免疫法测定了T2DM患者及正常人血浆Omentin水平, 分析了血浆Omentin水平与BMI、WHR、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛β细胞分泌指数(HOMA-IS)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)等的关系。观察了Liraglutide治疗前后T2DM患者血浆Omentin水平的变化。结果 T2DM患者血浆Omentin水平明显低于正常人(19.3±3.9 vs. 26.4±6.0 μg/L, P<0.01)。T2DM患者血浆Omentin水平与FINS、HOMA-IR成明显负相关(r=-0.41，P<0.05和r=-0.56, P<0.01)。T2DM患者经Liraglutide治疗后WHR、BMI、FBG、2hPBG和HbA1c均显著降低 (均P<0.01)，而HOMA-IS则显著增高(P<0.01)，空腹血浆Omentin水平也显著增高 (19.3±3.9 vs. 21.2±3.8μg/L, P<0.01)。结论 Liraglutide 能有效改善T2DM患者糖代谢和胰岛素敏感性，同时升高血浆Omentin水平。

　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of Liraglutide on plasma omentin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Plasma omentin levels were measured by an ELISA in patients with T2DM and normal controls. The relationship of omentin levels with BMI, WHR, HOMA-IR, HOMA-IS, and FFA was analyzed. After Liraglutide treatment, plasma omentin levels were observed in T2DM patients. Results Fasting plasma omentin levels were significantly lower in T2DM patients than in normal controls (19.3±3.9 vs 26.4±6.0ug/L, P<0.01). Fasting plasma levels in T2DM patients were correlated negatively with FIns and HOMA-IR (r=-0.41, P<0.05 and r=-0.56, P<0.01). After liraglutide treatment, WHR, BMI, FPG, 2hPBG, and HbA1c were significantly decreased (all P<0.01), and HOMA- IS levels were significantly increased in T2DM patients (P<0.01), whilst fasting plasma omentin levels were also significantly increased (19.3±3.9 vs 21.2±3.8μg/L, P<0.01). Conclusion Liraglutide can remarkably improve glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity of T2DM patients, and also increase plasma omentin levels.
