【摘要】目的 探讨T2DM血尿酸(SUA)水平与UA1b及代谢异常的关系。方法 对1363例T2DM住院患者的病历资料进行回顾性研究。结果 正常白蛋白尿、微量白蛋白尿、大量白蛋白尿SUA水平分别为(312.18±82.31)μmol/L、(311.86±86.27) μmol/L、(361.94±99.40)μmol/L。SUA水平与年龄、性别、糖尿病病程、BMI、TG、HDL-C、HbA1c相关。结论 T2DM患者高SUA浓度与UA1b及代谢异常有相关性。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the correlation of serum uric acid (SUA) with albuminuria and metabolic disorders in patients with T2DM. Methods In a retrospective study, the SUA level and 24hUAlb quantitative determination of 1363 T2DM patients were analyzed, and other metabolic parameters including BMI, lipid profile, and HbA1c were assessed as well. Results The SUA levels of normoalbuminuric, microalbuminuric and macroalbuminuric patients were (312.18±82.31)μmol/L, (311.86±86.27)μmol/L, and (361.94±99.40)μmol/L. There was a significant correlation of SUA level with age, sex, duration of diabetes mellitus, BMI, TG, HDL-C, and HbA1c. There was no findings in the correlation of the SUA level with cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol. Conclusion The higher SUA concentrations are correlated with a higher level of albuminuria and metabolic disorders in T2DM patients.
