糖尿病肾病线粒体靶向抗氧化治疗

  【摘要】 氧化应激在DN发展中的作用越来越受到重视,发病统一机制学说现已被广泛接受,即长期的高血糖引起的线粒体活性氧产物增加是糖尿病各种致病通路的一个关键始动因子。因此如何有效的避免及清除这些活性氧产物,为DN的有效防治提供了一个新的治疗思路。靶向线粒体的抗氧化剂可以特异性的针对线粒体发挥抗氧化效应,在DN及其他相关疾病的治疗中具有广泛的应用前景,这一新的治疗策略必将为有效的防治氧化应激引起的DN带来新的希望,也为其他疾病的治疗提供了重要的思路。

  【Summary】 Hyperglycemia is a key factor in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. Oxidative stress in the development of diabetic nephropathy is becoming increasingly important, unified theory of disease is now widely accepted. The increased mitochondrial source of reactive oxygen products caused by long-term high glucose is a key initiating factor for a variety of pathogenic pathways in diabetes. Therefore, how to effectively prevent and remove these reactive oxygen products provides a new treatment idea for effective prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Mitochondria-targeted antioxidants can play a specific antioxidant effects to mitochondrion, and have a wide range of applications in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and other related diseases. This new treatment strategy will certainly bring new hope for the effective prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy caused by oxidative stress, and also provide important ideas for the treatment of other diseases.
