2型糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C改变及临床意义

  【摘要】目的 探讨T2DM患者慢性肾脏疾病相关指标的诊断方法。方法 选取糖尿病慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者83例、T2DM患者98例及健康对照(NC)者100名,分别检测各组血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、BUN、血清肌酐(Scr)、UA,并进行比较。结果CKD组血清Cys-C高于T2DM、NC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),同时测定β2-MG可提高CKD损害的异常检出率。结论 血清Cys-C可作为肾小球滤过率(GFR)的判断指标之一,血清Cys-C与β2-MG、Scr呈正相关,与CCr呈负相关。

  【Abstract】Objective To discuss the diagnostic methods for the T2DM patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Methods Eighty-three T2DM patients with CKD, 98 T2DM patients, and 100 normal controls were enrolled in the observation. The serum cystain C (Cys-C), β2 microglobulin (β2-MG), BUN, serum creatinine (Scr), and uric acid (UA) of all groups were determined for comparison. Results The serum Cys-C of the CKD group was higher in level than that of the T2DM and NC groups and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). At the same time the measurement of β2-MG could improve the detectable rate of CKD damage. Conclusion Serum Cys-C can be taken as one of indices in diagnosing glomerular filtration rate (GFR). The level of serum Cys-C is positively related with β2-MG and Scr and negatively with Ccr.
