【摘要】 目的 研究T2DM患者脂联素水平与踝肱指数(ABI)的关系，并探讨脂联素和ABI的相关影响因素。方法 118例T2DM患者根据ABI分为PAD组和非PAD组，进行脂联素及临床指标的测定。结果 (1)PAD组相对于非PAD组，患者年龄大，身高矮，糖尿病病程长，脂联素水平低(P<0.05)。(2)脂联素水平与BMI、HbA1c呈负相关，与HDL-C、ABI呈正相关;ABI与年龄、LDL-C、糖尿病病程呈负相关，与脂联素呈正相关(P<0.05)。(3)BMI、HDL-C、ABI为影响脂联素的独立相关因素(P<0.05);年龄和脂联素是影响ABI的独立相关因素(P<0.05)。结论T2DM脂联素水平与ABI呈独立正相关，脂联素是PAD重要预测因子。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between serum adiponectin level and the ankle brachial index(ABI) in T2DM, and to explore the related factors of adiponectin and ABI. Methods According to ABI, 118 T2DM patients were divided into peripheral arterial disease (PAD)group and non-PAD group, adiponectin and other clinical parameters were measured. Results (1) PAD group had older age, lower height, longer duration of diabetes, lower levels of adiponectin compared to non-PAD group (P <0.05).(2)Serum adiponectin level was negatively correlated with BMI, HbA1c and positively correlated with HDL-C and ABI; ABI was negatively correlated with age, LDL, the duration of DM and positively correlated with adiponectin (P<0.05). (3) Adiponectin was independently associated with BMI, HDL, ABI (P <0.05);ABI was independently associated with age and adiponectin(P<0.05). Conclusion Serum adiponectin level in T2DM is independently positively associated with ABI, and adiponectin is an important predictor of PAD.
