【摘要】 目的 探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与T2DM早期下肢血管病变的关系。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对20名正常人(NC)， 30例T2DM无PVD者(T2DM组)，40例T2DM合并PVD者(T2DM+PVD组)血清MMP-9、VEGF水平进行测定。结果 NC组、T2DM组、T2DM+PVD组血清MMP-9(201.34±77.09、281.46±112.99、349.12±123.76) (μg/L)水平逐渐增高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组VEGF(268.90±131.37、354.32±130.47、458.95±139.96)(pg/ml)水平也依次增高，差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论T2DMPVD患者血清MMP-9、VEGF水平显著增加，且两者高度正相关，提示其可能协同参与PVD的发生、发展。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of serum matrix metallproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) with the early peripheral vascular disease (PVD) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods The levels of MMP-9 and VEGF of 20 normal controls (NC group), 30 T2DM cases without PVD (T2DM group), and 40 cases with PVD (T2DM+PVD group) were determined by ELISA. Results The level of MMP-9 (201.34±77.09, 281.46±112.99, 349.12±123.76μg/L) of the NC group, T2DM group, and T2DM+PVD group was gradually increased with a statistical significance (P<0.05). The level of VEGF (268.90±131.37, 354.32±130.47, 458.95±139.96pg/ml)of the three groups was increased successively with a statistical significance too (P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of MMP-9 and VEGF are significantly increased in the T2DM PVD patients, suggesting that they are correlatively functioning in the occurrence and development of PVD.
