【摘要】一男性患者诊断为2型糖尿病、肥胖症、高血压病、混合型高脂血症给予利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗3月，进行治疗前后体重、糖脂代谢指标比较，提示联合使用二甲双胍和利拉鲁肽不失为一种有效且安全的治疗措施—有效降糖，减轻体重，少有低血糖，同时可以改善如血脂、血压等心血管危险因素。

　　Combined treatment of liraglutide and metformin in type 2 diabetes and obesity: one case report

　　【Abstract】A male patient, diagnosed by type 2 diabetes, obesity, hypertension and hyperlipidemia, received combined treatment of liraglutide and metformin. The changes of clinical data between pre-treatment and post-treatment showed that it could improved glucose control and decreased the body weight with low rates of hypoglycemia occurrence. It also had the unique advantages for cardiovascular disease risk prevention.
