2型糖尿病患者Ca199的影响因素研究

  【摘要】 目的 探讨T2DM患者Ca199水平与血糖、IR和胰岛β细胞功能之间的关系。 方法 入选T2DM患者165例,分别以HbA1c 10.1%、FPG 8.31 mmol/L、胰岛素抵抗指数2.7、胰岛功能指数22.1为界,分为高HbA1c组(HH组)和低HbA1c组(LH组);高FPG组(HF组)和低FPG组(LF组);胰岛素抵抗组(IR组)和胰岛素敏感组(SR组);胰岛β细胞功能正常组(BN组)和胰岛β细胞功能减退组(BW组),比较各组Ca199水平。 结果 HH组Ca199水平高于LH组(26.75 vs 16.68 U/ml, P<0.05)。Spearman相关研究显示,Ca199与HbA1c、FPG呈正相关(P<0.05),与IR、胰岛β细胞功能无相关性(P>0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示,HbA1c是Ca199的主要影响因素。 结论 T2DM患者Ca199水平与血糖状态密切相关。

  【Abstract】 0bjective To investigate the relations of Ca199 level with blood glucose, insulin resistance, and βcell function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The 165 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled. They were divided into high glycosylated hemoglobin group (HH) and low glycosylated hemoglobin group (LH) at the level of HbA1c 10.1%, high fasting blood glucose group (HF) and low fasting blood glucose group (LF) at the level of 8.31mmol/L, insulin resistance group (IR) and insulin sensitivity group (SR) at the level of 2.7, norm β cell function group (BN) and hypo β cell function group (BW) at the level of 22.1. The Ca199 level among the four groups was compared. Results The Ca199 level of the HH group at 26.75U/ml was significantly higher than the LH group at 16.68U/ml (P<0.05). Spearman relation analysis showed that the Ca199 level was positively correlated with HbA1c and FPG (P<0.05), but not correlated with IR and β cell function (P>0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that HbA1c was the main risk factor for Ca199. Conclusion The Ca199 level in patients with type 2 diabetes closely correlated with the state of blood glucose.
