延边地区2型糖尿病患者脂联素SNP+45T/G基因多态性与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的 研究APN SNP+45T/G基因多态性与延边地区汉族和朝鲜族群体、T2DM及其动脉硬化之间的相关性。 方法 3代非异族通婚当地汉族和朝鲜族入组人群分NC组和T2DM组:①汉族T2DM颈动脉硬化阳性组及阴性组;②朝鲜族T2DM颈动脉硬化阳性组及阴性组。采用Taqman探针法行基因分型。 结果 NC组与T2DM组APN SNP+45T/G基因多态性分布存在显著差异;T2DM组的汉族和朝鲜族APN SNP+45T/G基因多态性分布及等位基因频率无显著差异;T2DM动脉硬化阳性组与阴性组APN SNP+45基因多态性分布无明显差异。结论 APN SNP+45T/G基因多态性在延边地区与T2DM发病相关,但与T2DM颈动脉硬化无相关性;APN SNP+45T/G基因多态性在延边地区T2DM汉族和朝鲜族群体中分布无差异。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the distribution of adiponectin gene SNP+45 polymorphism in both Han and Korean nationality and the patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus complicated with carotid atherosclerosis in Yanbian District. Methods Only depth-three endogamy Han and Korean nationality were being selected in this study. The subjects were divided into normal control group (Han and Korean nationality) and T2DM group. ① T2DM patients with and without carotid atherosclerosis in Han nationality; ② T2DM patients with and without carotid atherosclerosis in Korean nationality. Confirming the SNP genotype by using Taqman probe. Results There was significant difference in the distribution of adiponectin gene SNP+45 polymorphism between the normal control group and T2DM group. In the T2DM group, there was no significant difference in the distribution of adiponectin gene SNP+45 polymorphism and allele frequency between the Han and Korea nationality. There was no significant difference in the distribution of adiponectin gene SNP+45 polymorphism between T2DM patients with and without carotid atherosclerosis. Conclusion 1. Aadiponectin gene SNP+45 polymorphism is correlated with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Yanbian district, but it has no correlation with carotid atherosclerosis. 2. There is no difference in distribution of adiponectin gene SNP+45 polymorphism between Han and Korean T2DM patients in Yanbian district.
