【摘要】目的探讨不同脂肪酸饮食对糖耐量正常人群内脏脂肪素(Visfatin )的影响及其与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法30例糖耐量正常受试者食用不同类型脂肪酸饮食,分为3组,饱和脂肪酸饮食(S)组、单不饱和脂肪酸饮食(M)组、多不饱和脂肪酸饮食(P)组,饮食干预后分别进行OGTT实验,检测外周血清Visfatin、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C,稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)来评估胰岛素敏感性。结果不饱和脂肪酸组的FPG、TC、LDL-C、apoB显著降低,3组间TG、HDL-C、VLDL、apoA、AUCglu、HOMA-β及其余时间点的血糖差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与M组相比,S组和P组的FIns、HOMA-IR、AUCIns显著升高,空腹Visfatin显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),60min时M组相比S组Visfatin显著降低(P<0.01)。Visfatin与HOMA-IR呈明显负相关(r=-0.458,P<0.05)。结论单不饱和脂肪酸饮食可以升高Visfatin水平,以改善胰岛素抵抗。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the effects of distinguished type of dietary fat acids on insulin resistance and visfatin in NGT adults.Methods30 NGT adults were devided into three groups: polyunsaturated fatty acid(P), saturated fatty acid(S), monounsaturated fatty acid (M). At the end of fattyintervention, OGTT, fasting serum visfatin, TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C were assayed. Insulin sensitivity was evaluated by HOMA-IR. ResultsThe level of serum FPG,TC,LDL, apoB was significantly lower in M group and P group than in S group (P<0.05), but TG,HDL,VLDL,apoA,AUCg,HOMA-B and glucose at other times had no difference (P>0.05). Serum visfatin level was negatively correlated with HOMA-IR. Multiple regression analysis showed that visfatin was an independent relative factor for HOMA-IR. ConclusionsMonounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) can increase the plasma level of visfatin, which suggests that MUFA-rich diet might have anti-atherosclerosis effects, and might improve insulin sensitivity.
