上海地区2型糖尿病患者血清超氧化物歧化酶水平及其影响因素的分析

摘要】  目的  测定上海地区T2DM患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,分析其影响因素。 方法  选取T2DM患者(T2DM组)452例和健康体检者(NC组)60名,测定血清SODC-PHbA1c水平,FPGLDL-CTGTC水平。 结果  T2DM组血清SOD水平低于NC[132.25±21.43 vs 156.64±18.77U/mlP0.05]。在T2DM组中,男性血清SOD水平高于女性[135.38±22.62 vs 129.36±19.88U/mlP0.01]49岁以下各年龄段男性血清SOD水平均高于女性(P0.01),而50岁以上各年龄段男性与女性血清SOD水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05;男性患者中,≤29岁年龄段血清SOD水平最高,≥70岁年龄段SOD水平最低,各年龄段水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=24.56,P0.001;女性患者中,≤29岁年龄段血清SOD水平最高,≥70岁年龄段SOD水平最低,各年龄段水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=13.75,P0.001T2DM患者血清SOD水平与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.531,P0.001Logistic逐步回归分析显示,血清SOD水平降低与HbA1c浓度异常相关。  结论  T2DM患者血清SOD水平低于正常人,且受性别、年龄、血糖、血脂等因素的影响。

Serum superoxide dismutase level and its related factors in patients with type 2 diabetes in Shanghai

 【Abstract Objective  To investigate serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) level and its related factors in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) in Shanghai, China.  Methods  452 T2DM patients(T2DM group) and 60 heal-thy people (NC group) were recruited in this study. Serum SOD was measured by Pyrogallol colorimetry, serum C-peptide by chemiluminescence method, and HbA1c by high performance liquid chromatography.  Result  Overall serum SOD in T2DM group was lower than that in NC group [(132.25±21.43) vs 156.64±18.77) U/ml, P0.05]. In T2DM group, men had higher serum SOD level than women [(135.38±22.62) vs 129.36±19.88 U/ml, P0.01], especially in subjects with age49 years. In male patients, subjects aged 29 had the highest serum SOD concentration and subjects aged 70 had the lowest, there were significant differences between every age group (F=24.56, P0.001). In female patients, subjects aged 29 had the highest serum SOD concentration and sub-jects aged 70 had the lowest, there were significant differences between every age group (F=13.75, P0.001). We observed a significant correlation between serum SOD concentration and age (r= -0.531, P0.001). Logistic regression analysis showed that the decrease of serum SOD was related to HbA1c.  Conclusion  Serum SOD level in T2DM is significantly lower than in healthy people, and influenced by gender, age, blood glucose and cholesterol.
