女性2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平与体质指数、血压和血脂关系的研究

【摘要】  目的  探讨女性T2DM患者不同血尿酸(SUA)水平BMI、血压和血脂的相关性。  方法  选取女性T2DM患者429例,其中绝经前76例,绝经后353例。根据SUA水平将患者分为正常SUANUA)组和高尿酸血症(HUA)组。比较两组BMI、血压和血脂的变化。 结果  本研究中,HUA患者57例(13.29%),其中绝经前7例,绝经后50。绝经前,HUABMI[(27.90±5.13) vs (24.08±3.38) kg/m2]SBP[(142.71±12.60) vs (128.96±15.62) mmHg]TC[(6.64±1.84) vs (4.47±1.14) mmol/L]LDL-C[(4.65±1.73) vs (2.80±1.09) mmol/L]NUA组高(P0.05。绝经后,HUA组年龄[(68.60±8.92) vs (64.56±8.47) ]、病程[(12.94±6.69) vs (9.58±6.96) ]BMI[(26.64±3.04) vs (24.18±2.99) kg/m2]TG[(2.88±2.44) vs (1.84±1.27) mmol/L]NUA组高(P0.05),FPG[(8.90±4.49) vs (10.49±5.95)mmol/L]HbA1c[(7.64±1.79)% vs (9.06±2.40)%]HDL-C[(0.93±0.23) vs (1.19±0.33)]NUA组低(P0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,BMI绝经前患者HUA存在相关性,BMITGHDL-C绝经后患者HUA存在相关性。  结论  绝经前T2DM患者SUA水平与体重增加有关。绝经后T2DM患者SUA水平与血脂异常和体重增加有关。

Correlation of serum uric acid with BMI, blood pressure and lipids in women with T2DM

     Abstract Objective  To analyze the association between serum uric acidSUAand BMI, blood pressure and lipids in women with type 2 diabetes (T2DM).  Methods  The clinical data of 429 T2DM were collected, in-cluding 76 premenopausal women and 353 postmenopausal women. These patients were divided into normal SUA (NUA) group and hyperuricemia (HUA) group according to the SUA levels. BMI, blood pressure and lipids of two groups were compared.  Results  The prevalence of hyperuricemia was 13.29% (n=57, 7 premenopause and 50 postmeno-pause) . Among premenopausal women, compared with NUA group, patients in group HUA showed higher BMI [(27.90±5.13)vs(24.08±3.38)kg/m2, P0.05], SBP [(142.71±12.60)vs(128.96±15.62)mmHgP0.05], TC [(6.64±1.84)vs(4.47±1.14)mmol/LP0.05], and LDL-C [(4.65±1.73)vs(2.80±1.09)mmol/LP0.05]. Among postmeno-pausal women, patients with HUA showed higher age [(68.60±8.92)vs(64.56±8.47)yearsP0.05], course [(12.94±6.69)vs(9.58±6.96)yearsP0.05], BMI [(26.64±3.04)vs(24.18±2.99)kg/m2P0.05], and TG [(2.88±2.44)vs(1.84±1.27)mmol/LP0.05]; and lower FPG [(8.90±4.49)vs(10.49±5.95)mmol/LP0.05], HbA1c [(7.64±1.79)%vs(9.06±2.40)% P0.05], and HDL-C [(0.93±0.23)vs(1.19±0.33)mmol/LP0.05] than those in group NUA. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that BMI was independently associated with SUA in premenopausal T2DM women. BMI, TG and HDL-C were independently associated with SUA in postmenopausal T2DM women.  Conclusion  SUA level among premenopausal women is related to increased BMI, which is  related to dyslipidemia and increased BMI among postmenopausal women.
