【提要】 目前,糖尿病防治已有指南推荐的基于循证医学证据的一系列“标准化诊疗措施”，但在我国糖尿病的防治实践中对指南中标准诊疗的落实率远远不足。如何促进糖尿病领域医疗质量改善，减小“最佳临床证据”与临床实践中的“鸿沟”，是我国糖尿病防治中亟需解决的问题。本文简要介绍目前我国糖尿病防治现状，质量改善的概念和来源，西方医疗质量改善实例，以促进建立符合我国实际的医疗质量改善模式。

   Attach importance to quality improvement and enhance the quality of diabetes care in China

   【Summary】 “Standard care” in diabetes managementhas been established with sufficient evidence, and has been recommended in many guidelines. Butthe percentage of patients who are actually receiving these standard care is much lower than expected. To better prevent and treat diabetes in China, there is an urgent need to fill the considerable gap between the ”best evidence” and the daily practice in real world. This review will provide Chinese physicians with a brief introduction of current status and unmet needs of diabetes management in China, as well as the concept of quality improvement and successful examples from abroad in order to find our own best way to improve diabetes management in China.
