【摘要】 目的  探讨血尿酸（SUA）水平与MS各组分的相关性。  方法  选取于我院健康体检资料完整的研究对象1352名，比较不同SUA水平及不同性别人群MS患者的生化指标。 结果  高尿酸血症（HUA）患病率16.2%，其中男21.2%，女12.1%。BMI、WC、SBP和TG是男性与女性 SUA升高共同的危险因素。 结论  SUA与MS各组分相关。

【Abstract】 Objective  To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid (SUA) level and components of metabolic syndrome (MS).  Methods A total of 1352 subjects with complete clinical data of health examination in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Clinical characteristics of MS were compared in patients with different gender and SUA level.  Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia was 16.2%, with 21.2% among men and 12.1% among women. BMI, WC, SBP,and TG were risk factors for SUA in male and female.  Conclusion SUA level is significantly associated with the components of MS.
