Irisin与运动减肥的研究进展

【提要】  Irisin是新发现的一种细胞因子。运动可诱导骨骼肌表达过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ辅助激活因子1α(PGC-1α)PGC-1α促进骨骼肌细胞产生Irisin。有研究证实,脂肪细胞也可分泌Irisin。血清Irisin水平与多种能量代谢因素相关,如运动、脂肪性肝病、BMI等。Irisin可能具有使白色脂肪细胞(WAT)棕色化,增加机体能量消耗,从而减轻体重的作用。近年来,Irisin已逐渐成为一个代谢性疾病的标志物和药物治疗的新靶点,不仅影响肥胖的发生发展,也为其治疗提供了新的方法和策略。

Summary Irisin is a novel cytocine recently identified. Exercise can induce skeletal muscle to express peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ coactivator-1α(PGC-1α), which promotes skeletal muscle cell to produce irisin. Some researches show that irisin also can be secreted by adipocytes. Serum irisin level is correlated with exercise, fatty liver, BMI and other energy metabolism factors. Irisin might have the functions to induce the browning of white adipose tissues,increase total energy expenditure and lose weight. In recent years, irisin has gradually becoming a marker of metabolic diseases and a new target of drug therapy, which not only influence the occurrence and development of obesity, but also present a new therapeutic method and strategy.
