糖尿病与妊娠

　　[摘要] 目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖控制对妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取100例GDM患者，按照血糖控制效果分为观察 (较理想) 组和对照(不理想)组，比较两组分娩方式、妊娠时间、妊娠并发症,以及围生儿结局。 结果 观察组剖宫产率(25.7%)、妊娠高血压(7.1%)、胎膜早破(4.3%)、羊水过多(2.9%)、产后出血(2.9%)、早产儿(4.3%)、新生儿窒息(5.7%)及巨大儿(4.3%)发生率低于对照组 (P<0.05)。两组胎内窘迫(7.1%)及新生儿低血糖(4.3%)发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 控制好GDM患者围产期血糖有利于改善其的母婴结局。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of blood glucose control of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcomes . Methods Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups, pregnant complications and so on were compared between two groups. Results Gestational hypertension, premature rupture of membranes, hydramnios, incidence of postpartum hemorrhage were less in observation group than in control group(P<0.05). Premature infants, neonatal asphyxia, the incidence of macrosomia were higher in observation group than in control group (P <0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in fetal distress (7.1%) and the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia (4.3%)between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Good control of blood glucose in perinatal maternal and child with GDM helps to improve their outcome. .
