　　【摘要】糖尿病治疗是近年来转化医学领域的热点。地特胰岛素(Det)是以临床需求为导向的基础-临床转化型研究所获得的成果。从实验室研究发现，到临床试验结果，再到临床观察数据，1次/d Det治疗均表现出良好的疗效和安全性，且有避免体重增加的优势。Det是转化医学在T2DM治疗领域的成功案例。

Translational medicine in the development of insulin detemir for treating type 2 diabetes HONG Tian-pei. Department of Endocrinology, Peking University Third Hospital, Beijing 100191, China

　　【Summary】Anti-diabetic pharmacotherapy is now becoming a hotspot of translational medicine. Insulin detemir is a fruit of directly connecting clinical demands with basic research results. Administration of insulin detemir once daily shows ideal efficacy and safety as well as advantages in avoiding weight gain through the whole developing process from laboratory studies to clinical trials, and then to observational investigation in real world. Therefore, insulin detemir is a successful case of translational medicine in the therapeutics of T2DM.
