　　【摘要】 目的 观察T2DM患者血清铁蛋白(SF)水平变化，探讨其与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的相关性。 方法 选取单纯T2DM患者(T2DM组)50例，DPN患者(DPN组)50例及正常对照(NC)组50名，用化学发光法测定SF水平。 结果 T2DM及DPN组SF含量均高于NC组(P<0.01);DPN组SF含量高于T2DM组[(678.75±65.01) vs (468.98±49.26) ng/ml，P<0.01];SF水平与TC、TG、HbA1c水平均呈正相关(r分别为0.54，0.49, 0.62, P均<0.01)。 结论 SF水平升高与DPN的发生发展密切相关，可作为DPN的检测指标之一。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe changes of levels of serum ferritin in patients with T2DM and its relationship with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Serum ferritin levels were measured by chemiluminescence method in 50 T2DM patients without diabetes peripheral neuropathy, 50 T2DM patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and 50 healthy subjects. Results The levels of serum ferritin were significantly higher in T2DM plus DPN group than in T2DM without DPN group [(678.75±65.01 vs 468.98±49.26 ng/ml),P<0.01];Serum ferritin levels was positively correlated with TC、TG and HbA1c(r=0.54，0.49, 0.62, P<0.01)。 Conclusion The increase of serum ferritin level is closely related with the occurrence and development of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It can be used as a testing indexes for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
