【摘要】目的 调查MS与种族、饮食结构、劳动强度和高原环境等相关因素的关系。 方法 采用分层整群抽样的原则，对甘肃省独有的少数民族裕固族18岁以上居民进行MS流行病学调查。 结果 裕固族居民MS患病率为15.28%，标化率为12.5%;其中，男女标化率分别为10.23%、15.36%，女性高于男性。 结论 加强对裕固族居民的卫生宣教和MS干预已刻不容缓。

　　【Abstract】0bjective To understand the relationship between the MS and its related factors such as race, diet habit, labor intension，and plateau environment, and so on. Methods An epidemiological survey on the MS with a stratified sampling method was made in the Yugu residents above 18 years old in Gansu province, China. Results The incidence of MS in Yugu people was 15.28%, and the age-adjusted prevalence was 12.5%, with 10.23% in men and 15.36% in women. The prevalence of MS was higher in females than in males. Conclusion It is of great urgency to take the powerful measures to strengthen the publicity and to prevent and cure MS in Yugu population.
