【摘要】 磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B/糖原合成酶激酶3β(PI3K/Akt/GSk3β)是胰岛素下游信号转导通路中重要的信号分子,其对于胰岛β细胞数量和功能的维持发挥重要的作用。。本文回顾了胰岛素刺激下的PI3K/Akt/GSK3β信号通路的分子机制，及可能在胰岛β细胞凋亡过程中的作用。

　　【Abstract】 PI3K/Akt/GSK3β signaling pathway is a crucial pathway for insulin signal transducing, and it could regulated β-cell mass and function. Here we reviewed the mechanisms of signal transduction involved in PI3K/Akt/GSK3β pathway and possible roles in the process of pancreatic β-cell apoptosis.
