　　【Summary】 To analyse the clinical information of one patient with fibrocalculous pancreatic diabetes (FCPD) and the related references in the literature. FCPD should be considered when the patient have recurrent abdominal pain, diabetes mellitus and the abdominal CT or B-ultrasound finding calcification of pancreas, pancreatic calculi or pancreatic duct dilatation. Glycemic control is still the basis treatment of FCPD.
