【摘要】 目的 探讨神经肽P物质(Substance P)在糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)皮肤中的表达变化。方法 免疫组织化学法观察对照(Con)、非糖尿病DFU(Non-DFU)和DFU组皮肤组织中SP及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达特点。 结果 SP表达量在Con、NDF和DF组分别为79.64、45.30、65.12 (P<0.01)。PCNA阳性细胞率在Con、NDF和DF组分别为(35.120±7.314)%,(28.320±9.332)%和(33.880±4.055)%,NDF组Con、DF组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但NDF组和NC组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 DFU患者边缘皮肤中SP表达量减少,可能是导致糖尿病患者创面炎症反应异常及创面修复细胞增殖功能受损,从而引起创面修复受损的原因之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression changes of substance P in diabetic foot ulcers(DFU) Methods The expressions of Substance P (SP) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in normal skin(Con), non-diabetic foot ulcers(NDFU) and diabetic foot ulcers(DFU) were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of SP in control group (normal skin) was the highest, followed by the NDFU group, and the expression in DFU group was the lowest.The data showed in Con, NDFU and DFU group were 79.64、45.30、65.12 respectively, with no statistically significant among these three groups(P<0.01). The rates of PCNA-positive cells in Con, NDFU, and DFU groups were (35.120±7.314)%,(28.320±9.332)%, and (33.880±4.055)% respectively. The differences between Con and NDFU groups, and between DFU and NDFU groups were statistically significant (P=0.000, P=0.002)。There is no significant difference between NDFU and Con groups (P>0.05). Conclusions The expression of SP in diabetic foot ulcers were decreased, Which may lead to abnormal inflammatory response in diabetic wounds and impaired proliferation of repair cells, so as to cause the diabetic refractory wound.
