[摘要] 目的 探讨血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)及抗血管生长因子(Avastin)与DR的相关性。方法 T2DM患者无视网膜病变组55例,背景期DR组53例,增殖期DR组56例。同时选取老年单纯白内障患者50例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫分析法对血液及房水的HO-1、Avastin进行检测。结果 与对照组比较,背景期DR组和增殖期DR组血液及房水的HO-1[血:(17.47±5.75)、(19.25±6.95)vs (15.32±3.56)ng/ml;房水:(0.77±0.45)、(0.89±0.36)vs(0.52±0.47)ng/ml]、Avastin[血:(5.69±4.11)、(7.32±3.45)vs(1.49±0.86)ng/ml;房水:(32.58±18.74)、(55.12±32.17)vs(7.85±32.17)pg/ml]均升高(P<0.01),且随DR严重程度升高更明显。结论 HO-1、Avastin与DR相关,可能参与了DR的发生发展过程。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the correlation of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) and anti-vascular growth factor (Avastin) with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods 55 cases of patients of type 2 diabetes without retinopathy, 53 cases of diabetic retinopathy (DR) in background phase, and 56 cases of diabetic retinopathy (DR) in proliferative phase were selected. Meanwhile, 50 cases of elderly patients suffering from cataract were selected as the control group. HO-1 and Avastin of blood and aqueous humor were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with the control group, HO-1 [blood: (17.47±5.75), (19.25±6.95) vs (15.32±3.56) ng/ml; aqueous humor: (0.77±0.45), (0.89±0.36) vs (0.52±0.47) ng/ml] and Avastin [blood: (5.69±4.11), (7.32±3.45) vs (1.49±0.86) ng/ml; aqueous humor: (32.58±18.74), (55.12±32.17) vs (7.85±32.17) pg/ml]of blood and aqueous humor in DR group of background phase and proliferative phase were increased (p < 0.01), and they were more significant with the increase of the severity degree of DR. Conclusion HO-1 and Avastin are correlate with diabetic retinopathy and might be involved in the development process of DR.
