2型糖尿病患者脑源性神经营养因子表达的变化及其临床意义

  【摘要】 目的 探讨血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)与T2DM及APN、瘦素(LEP)水平的相关性。 方法 选取T2DM组102例和健康对照(NC)组97名,将T2DM组进一步分为体重正常(N-OB)亚组53例和超重(OB)亚组49例。采用RT-PCR检测BDNF表达水平。T2DM组BDNF表达水平的相关因素行Pearson相关性及多因素线性回归分析。 结果 OB亚组血清BDNF、ADP、LEP、TG、BMI较N-OB亚组、NC组降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。行多因素线性回归分析及Pearson相关性分析,仅LEP进入回归方程。BDNF与HOMA-IR呈负相关,与APN、LEP、ISI呈正相关。结论 T2DM患者BDNF表达减低,与HOMA-IR呈负相关,与ISI呈正相关。

  【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of serum levels of human brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) levels with APN and leptin (LEP). Methods The 102 T2DM cases with (n=49) and without (n=53) obesity were enrolled,and compared with 97 heathy control (NC). RT-PCR was applied to detect the expression of BDNF mRNA.A multivariate linear regression analysis and pearson correlation analysis on the related factors for changes of expression of BDNF mRNA of T2DM patients was carried out. Results BMI,TG,APN,LEP,BDNF was lower in T2DM patients (obesity) than in T2DM (non-obesity) (P<0.05 or P<0.01) and healthy individuals(P<0.01). A multivariate linear regression analysis showed that only LEP entered into regression equation. Pearson correlation analysis showed that BDNF was negtively correlated with HOMA-IR(P<0.05),and positively with APN,LEP,HOMA-IR(P<0.05). Conclusion BDNF reduced expression in T2DM patients, it is negatively correlated with HOMA-IR,and positively correlated with ISI.
