  血糖仪与全自动生化仪检测指尖血和静脉血血糖的比较

  【摘要】 目的 比较血糖仪和全自动生化仪检测指尖血和静脉血的一致性。 方法 选取2012年11~12月于我院内分泌代谢科门诊就诊的(请注明患者类型,是T2DM?还是糖尿病?)患者197例,使用3款血糖仪和日立7180全自动生化分析仪分别检测指尖血和静脉血血糖,并行线性回归分析和配对t检验。 结果 当血细胞压积(HCT)在35.5%~51.6%时,3款血糖仪与日立7180相关性顺序由高到低为罗氏Accuchek(指尖血:R2=0.968,静脉血:R2=0.966)、爱科莱GT-1920、强生One Touch。爱科莱GT-1920检测指尖血与日立7180的偏倚较小,检测静脉血的偏倚较大。罗氏Accuchek检测静脉血的均值低于日立7180。强生One Touch的偏倚约为10%。 结论 3款血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪相关性均较好,HCT可对两者的相关性造成影响。

  【Abstract】 Objective To compare the agreement for glucose assessing in capillary versus vein blood between glucose meters and automatic analyzer. Methods 197 patients were collected from outpatients from Nov. 2012 to Dec. 2012. Fingertip and vein blood glucose were tested by three glucose meters and automatic biochemistry analyzer (Hitachi 7180)separately. Linear regression and paired t test were performed. Results When hematocrit (HCT) had the range of 35.5%~51.6%, the correlation between glucose meters and automatic analyzer (Hitachi 7180)was in the following agreement order: Accuchek (R2=0.968 for finger blood and R2=0.966 for vein), GT-1920 and One Touch versus Hitachi 7180, respectively. GT-1920 showed the lowest bias to Hitachi 7180 for capillary blood versus the vein blood. One Touch had the bias of 10%. Conclusions The three glucose meters show good correlation with Hitachi 7180 and HCT influences the correlation.
